Welcome to Jo-Anne Baker’s website – she is a counsellor who draws on positive psychological theory and empirical research related to health, longevity and quality of life to assist clients in their health & well being. She draws on a holistic approach in her counselling, integrating Physical Wellness (diet, nutrition and exercise), Mental Wellness (lowering anxiety & depression) and Neuroplaticity techniques also when appropriate using meditation, relaxation and self-hypnosis.
